Delta Max Electrical Pty Ltd (NSW Electrical Contractor Licence No. 4546)
These terms apply to all services provided by Delta Max Electrical. By engaging our services, you agree to the following:
1. Services
We offer Level 2 ASP electrical work including new connections, switchboard upgrades, defect rectifications, private pole installations, metering services, and emergency repairs across NSW.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are provided in writing and are valid for 14 days. Prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Unexpected costs or variations will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfers and major credit cards. Late payment may incur interest or service delays.
4. Cancellations
Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled job may incur a cancellation fee. Emergency callouts are non-refundable once dispatched.
5. Liability
We are fully licensed and insured. While we take all necessary precautions, we are not liable for:
Existing faults, damages, or non-compliant work done by others
Delays caused by third parties, suppliers, or weather conditions
6. Warranty
We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months. Manufacturer warranties may apply to materials and equipment used.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
